2025 Youth of the Year Honoree

 Lexie Silberman, a current 10th grader at Lower Merion High School, defines teen leadership at Temple Beth Hillel-Beth El. In addition to being a madricha for the 6th grade class, on Wednesdays, Lexie comes in early to help set up the Shuk station and helps to lead other student volunteers in taking orders, keeping track of inventory, and keeping track of student interests and requests. For the USY program, Lexie has made significant contributions in her first six months as a board member. She has tripled the group’s Instagram following, regularly posts about upcoming events, and sends personalized messages to followers to bolster attendance at events. Under Lexie’s continued leadership, the future of teen activity at Temple Beth Hillel-Beth El is bright!
