2025 Youth of the Year Honoree

Rian is a voluntary madricha (teacher's aide) in CBT's TLC education program on Sunday mornings for the last two years.  Rian often serves as an unofficial assistant to the Gabbai (assistant Gabbai) on Shabbat mornings and holidays . She was an assistant counselor at JCC Camps at Medford in the Shoresh program this past summer, and has been hired back for summer 2026. For her Bat Mitzvah project, she solicited, collected and organized nearly 1000 books for the Book Smiles program. Rian enjoys singing and has performed at Radio City Music Hall, Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Madison Square Garden, Canterbury Cathedral, Citizens Bank Park, Cherry Hill West High School, and CBT, among other places.  She is a sophomore at Cherry Hill West and is active in the music and tech crew programs.
